As can be seen above, David died when his daughter Lydia was only a few years old. David had a previous marriage, and several earlier children. He married a Mary Howard on the 18th November 1762. At least five children resulted from the Howard marriage including - Solomon bap 01/11/1763, Mary bap 18/11/1765, David bap 09/12/1767, John bap 10/12/1769, and Jemima Norton bap 01/11/1772 buried 10/01/1773. David's first wife was buried on the 7th September 1773. As a widower, he married Martha less than a year later.

Benjamin born - circa 1757.
Lydia baptised - 4th December 1774.
Married - 14th November 1796 at Lingwood, Norfolk.
Known children - Benjamin bap 13/04/1797, Lydia born 19/12/1799 bap 21/12/1799, Mary bap 08/01/1802, Hopeful bap 06/01/1804, and James Morrison / Merrison bap 01/06/1810 buried 03/07/1810. All at Lingwood, Norfolk.
Lydia buried - 26th June 1810 at Lingwood age 37.
Benjamin died - 3rd March 1844 at Lingwood age 87. Buried 10th March 1844 at Lingwood, Norfolk.
Benjamin's occupation - DEALER (possibly of cattle).

Benjamin was 17 years older than his wife Lydia, and fathered James when he was 53 years old. Unfortunately, the birth of James may have been fatal for Lydia, as she died two weeks later, age 37. Baby James followed his mother to the grave the following week. Benjamin lived for many more years, and died in 1844.

Thomas died - 6th June 1880 at Limpenhoe, age 80. Buried 9th June 1880 at Limpenhoe, Norfolk.
Thomas's occupation - AGRICULTURAL LABOURER / CARTER.
