Photographs of Thetford Forest

Images of Thetford Forest

This is a thumbnail gallery of photos of Thetford Forest, not particularly archaeology related - just photographs and images that I have captured during my travels through Thetford Forest Park. If you are looking for images of my fieldwork and finds, go to the Earthworks, Finding Flakes, and Finds Galleries in the navigation panel below left.

The photographs were taken with Canon Powershot A60 and A85 digital cameras, with some editing using Photoshop. The gallery consists of 36 images, each anchored in their own webpage. Please give time for all these thumbnails to download, or refresh.

Thetford Forest Park was created only 80 years ago, but today it is the largest lowland pine forest in the UK - spreads across Norfolk and Suffolk. Click on the thumbnails or follow the tour to visit Thetford Forest on the World Wide Web.
