G.G.G.G.G Grandparents? of Rosina, Georgina, and Edward Brooker.
Married - 9th May 1803 at Strumpshaw, Norfolk.
Known children - William bap 29/01/1804, John Briggs (John Briggs Key) bap 10/11/1805, and James Briggs Key bap 20/12/1807. All at St Augustines, Norwich, Norfolk (plus a possible Robert Key born c.1816 at 'EatonThorpe', Norfolk).
William Key junior (GGGG Grandfather of Rosina etal) stated on the 1851 census of Freethorpe that he was born circa 1804 in the City of Norwich, Norfolk. He was not the only male Key living in Freethorpe at that time who claimed to have been born in Norwich - there was also a James Key aged 41 years, and a John Key aged 40 years - all three lived in Freethorpe in 1851, and stated Norwich as their place of birth. In addition, there was a 35 year old Robert Key, who stated 'EatonThorpe' (Eaton, Norwich?) to be his place of birth. It seems highly probable that all of these Keys living in mid 19th century Freethorpe were brothers who had moved from Norwich to the village as a family.
The 1992 IGI (International Genealogical Index) records the following Keys in Norwich:
Key, William - Marriage to Susanna Briggs. 09May1803 Strumpshaw.
Key, William - Baptism, William Key / Susana Briggs. 20Jan1804 Norwich St Augustine.
Kay, John Briggs - Baptism, William Key / Susan Briggs. 10Nov1805 Norwich St Augustine.
Key, Daniel Briggs - Baptism, William Key / Susannah Briggs. 14Oct1810 Norwich St Augustine.
In conclusion, the Keys of Freethorpe would appear to have lived for a while in St Augustine, Norwich. Further evidence can be found through name correlation. In the 1851 census of Freethorpe, James Key had sons named Daniel and James; Robert Key had sons named William and Robert.

Yes, Richard was 27 years older than his wife! (I checked on both the 1851 and 1861 census), and fathered James at the age of 64. He is listed in the 1845 edition of Whites Directory of Norfolk:
Goffen Rd. vict. Brickmaker's Arms.
An Edward Goffen is also listed in the same directory as victualler of the Lord Nelson in Reedham. Could this Edward be Richard's older brother?
