Thetford, Norfolk Images taken in my home town. Thetford is a small town located in the County of Norfolk, in Eastern England, UK. These photographs of Thetford were taken between 2003 and 2006.
Thetford Forest Images taken in my local forest - Thetford Forest is a new forest, state-planned, and created after WW 1. It is the largest lowland pine forest in England and Wales. It consists mainly of compartments of corsican pine, with some older stands of scots pine. Fragmented with farmland, heathland nature reserve, military training areas, and USAF air bases - some of its previous heathland (breckland) character still breaks out of its sandy soils.
These are my more recent galleries, mainly taken using a Canon powershot A85.
