Can't see the Trees for the Forest

Trees, what else do you expect in a forest? Early plantations of Thetford Forest consisted mainly of a local strain of Scots Pine. More recent plantations have replaced the Scots Pine with the Corsican Pine. However, self-seeded Scots can often be spotted in more recent plantations, by their blueish tinge in a sea of pure green.
